The hotel is in a quiet location just outside the centre of Kaprun with the local ski areas within easy reach. The ski bus stops within 50 metres of the Hotel and links to the Maiskogel, 3K-Konnection and Kitzsteinhorn lifts.
Short stays are welcome for much of the winter season making this a great short ski break or ski weekend option.

With an urban inspired design and the motto “Alpine life for urban people”, the Hotel offers a modern reception area with house bar and lounge, restaurant, car parking, ski room, fitness room, lifts and free WiFi.
The Hotel’s Urban.Spa is one of the highlights and provides a welcome place to unwind, with an indoor pool, saunas (textile & textile-free for over 16’s) and relaxation areas. Bathrobes are available locally (deposit required), guests should bring their own slippers/sliders.
Please note that the local tourist tax of approximately EUR 4 per person (aged over 15) per night is not included in our rates and is payable locally.
Rooms
The hotel's urban.living rooms are modern, comfortable and individually designed, with a choice of room categories to suit couples, families and groups. Rooms range from compact and cosy XS options through to (M)edium, (L)arge and more spacious XL accommodation, with most featuring balconies or terraces with mountain views.
The contemporary interiors combine natural materials with a clean, modern Alpine style, creating a relaxed space to unwind after a day in the mountains.
Meals
Accommodation is offered on a half board basis with an extensive hot and cold buffet breakfast and the hotel's cross.over Kitchen offering a blend of Alpine cuisine and international flavours over a 4-course dinner.
Our opinion
The ever.grün is a great choice if you’re looking for something modern, stylish and a little different from a traditional Austrian hotel. The excellent spa facilities are a real highlight after a day’s skiing and, with flexible stays welcome for much of the winter, this is a great choice for short ski break in snow-sure Kaprun.
