The Hotel Neuhaus Zillertal Resort enjoys a quiet yet central location close to the heart of Mayrhofen and occupies a large site packed with facilities, including a brand-new ‘Badehaus’ Bath House which opened in 2024.
The hotel consists of two main buildings — the original Neuhaus and the St Josef Wing — connected by an underground passage. The ski bus stops at the nearby train station, just 100 metres from the hotel, providing easy access to the Penkenbahn in Mayrhofen and other resorts throughout the Ziller Valley.
For those who prefer to walk, the Penkenbahn Lift bottom station (ski depot / lockers available here) is around a 10-minute stroll along Mayrhofen’s main street.

Originally a historic coaching inn, the Hotel Neuhaus combines traditional Tyrolean charm with modern comforts. Public areas include a welcoming reception, comfortable lounge and bar with open fireplace, and an all-new dining room in a contemporary style. Traditional ‘Stuberls’ provide cosy spaces to relax, while lifts serve all floors.

NEW Spa Bath House

Accommodation is offered on a half-board basis. Our opinion
One of Mayrhofen’s oldest and most historic hotels, the Hotel Neuhaus has been welcoming guests for centuries. Its location — less than a 10-minute walk to the Penkenbahn or a quick hop on the ski bus just 100 metres away — is ideal.
With its traditional character, lively atmosphere and the addition of a state-of-the-art wellness wing, the Hotel Neuhaus offers a superb combination of heritage, comfort and modern facilities.
