Located in the centre of Saalbach’s pedestrian zone, the nearest lifts and slopes are around 50 metres from the Hotel. This family-run superior Hotel offers an extensive Wellness area (1500 m2 in total) and enjoys a very good reputation for its cuisine.
Flexible short stays and weekends are welcome outside of the high season with a minimum 3-night stay making this a great choice for a luxury ski weekend.
Features
With a mix of traditional and modern Alpine Design, the Hotel offers a lobby reception area, Hotel bar and lounge, dining room with traditional ‘Stuberls’, wine cellar, conservatory, terrace, lifts and ski and boot room. Free WiFi throughout.
The Pool and Wellness Areas (an impressive 1500 m2 in total) have been recently renovated to a high standard and offer an indoor 12 metre pool, whirlpool, a selection of saunas, steam room and relaxation area with tea-bar. Spa and massage treatments are available (local charge).
The hotel also has a panoramic fitness room and games room with table tennis.
Please note that the local tourist tax of €2.95 per person (aged over 15) per night is not included in our rates and is payable locally.
Rooms
There are a number of different room categories on offer and all rooms are ensuite and well furnished with flatscreen TV, safe, hairdryer and free WiFi. Most but not all rooms have a balcony (we can request but not guarantee a balcony) and most rooms have the option of separate beds. We offer Classic (20m2), Superior (22-24m2) and Double Deluxe (c 24m2) rooms as well as larger Junior Suite (28-33 m2) and Family rooms. Classic and Superior rooms are traditionally decorated, larger rooms (Deluxe and Junior Suite) have a more modern, Alpine feel. Rooms pictured are Junior Suite rooms.

Meals
The Hotel Neuhaus is available on half board basis with an extensive hot and cold buffet breakfast and a 5-course evening meal highlighting regional specialities. There is a choice of main courses and dietary requirements are well catered for. Children’s menu up to 12 years old.
Our opinion
Family-run and in a great location very close to the lifts, the 4*Superior Hotel Das Neuhaus is one of Saalbach’s finest hotels. With an extensive Spa and Wellness Area, it offers a wide choice of room types from standard to luxury Suites and, with short stays welcome outside of the high season, is a great choice for a luxury ski weekend in the heart of Saalbach.
