Located around 900 metres from the Galzig and Rendl lifts, guests can take advantage of the hotel’s private shuttle service to the slopes each morning (08:30–11:00), with return journeys in the afternoon (15:00–17:00). The free local ski bus also stops nearby and runs regularly throughout the day.

Rooms

Your stay includes half board:

• Afternoon snack – light bites served in the bar/lobby between 15:00–17:00, perfect for après-ski.
• Dinner – 4- or 5-course evening meals served in the atmospheric, wood-panelled Jagdstube or Alte Stube dining rooms, with a blend of Austrian classics and international favourites.
Our opinion
Hotel Karl Schranz delivers the best of both worlds: authentic Tyrolean décor, warm Austrian hospitality, and a peaceful hillside location — yet still within easy reach of St. Anton’s buzzing centre and world-renowned Ski Arlberg slopes. A great choice for guests seeking comfort, relaxation, and a more tranquil alpine base.
