Ski and Snowboard weekend prices and flexible breaks

Reductions and discounts

We offer reductions for groups, early bookers and returning guests. Discounts also apply for the third person sharing a triple room. Please contact us for details.

Children’s prices and discounts

Unlike other tour operators who often only pass on a small percentage of the child discount they receive, we offer generous room discounts for children. These often apply up to 15 years of age and vary according to the resort, hotel and child’s age: Please contact us for children’s prices.

Flights: Why are flights not included?

We are a small, independent company and, as we do not carry tens of thousands of holidaymakers, there is no need for us to hold a flight allocation. Furthermore, with the increase in flexible ski weekend breaks we provide, we simply buy in flights to Salzburg, Innsbruck or Munich on an ad hoc basis.

So, we can either offer scheduled or charter flights (which are 100% financially protected through our ATOL) or you are welcome to arrange your own flights (taking advantage of the low-cost carriers or using up air miles) and book the remainder of your package with Snowscape.

Airport transfers

Airport transfers by minibus taxi (minimum 4 passengers) or coach are included in our packages from Salzburg for all of our resorts except St Anton and Stubai. Stubai prices include airport transfers from Innsbruck.

For a small supplement, and depending on the size of your party and the resort you are travelling to, we can also offer airport transfers from Innsbruck and Munich (Germany). A small supplement may apply for transfers with less than four passengers and we can also arrange private airport transfers to all resorts. Please request this at the time of booking.

Fly-Drive and Self-Drive

Hiring a car at the airport offers a great deal of flexibility and we offer car rental from all airports including winter tyres, snow chains, ski racks and GPS if required. Driving to Austria from the UK is around 700 miles from Calais.

A reduction applies to our prices where airport transfers are not required.

Resort Managers

We provide Resort Manager representation in those resorts where we feel you need them most: Fieberbrunn and St Johann in Tirol. Their brief is to be attentive yet not intrusive and they provide as much support and attention as you desire to make the most of your time on and off the slopes.

For all other resorts, we provide comprehensive pre-departure information packs and our Austrian Resort Managers are contactable 24 hours a day by mobile phone should you require any assistance at any time during your stay in Austria.

And finally……Travel Insurance

Something that is often overlooked yet essential for travelling overseas and in particular when partaking in Winter Sports. It is a condition of booking that you and all members of your party are adequately insured and we will ask you to confirm this at the time of booking.

Save time and budget ahead by pre-booking lift passes, equipment, lessons and guides prior to departure. In our staffed resorts, our resort managers will make the necessary arrangements for you and, for our other resorts, ski pack vouchers will be included with your final travel details which are in turn exchanged for ski packs locally.

Private instructors and guides can be arranged to meet at your hotel.
