On the outskirts of Neustift in the village district of Milders, the 4* Superior Hotel Mildererhof is a traditional, family-run Hotel with an extensive Wellness and Spa area and an excellent reputation for its cuisine. Milders has a number of Hotels, bars, ski hire shops and a small supermarket and the Hotel accepts flexible stays for most of the Winter season.
It is around two kilometres to the centre of Neustift and the ski bus stops nearby shuttling skiers to the Stubai Glacier and the other resorts in the Stubai Valley. The Hotel also offers its own shuttle free of charge to and from the local ski areas on request.
Features
The Hotel is traditionally decorated and features a reception and lobby area, luggage storage area, cosy house bar, wine cellar, reading room, lounge, conservatory, a number of individually styled restaurants and dining rooms, ski and boot room, lift and free parking. Free WiFi throughout.
Wellness facilities are extensive (1300 m2) and include an indoor pool (120 m2), selection of saunas, steam room and relaxation area. Massages and treatments can be arranged on request (local charge) and a fitness room is also available.
Please note that the local tourist tax of approximately EURO 2.80 per person (aged over 15) per night is not included in our rates and is payable locally.
Rooms
All bedrooms are traditionally decorated and furnished and offer ensuite facilities,
hairdryer, telephone, SAT-TV, safe, free WiFi and balcony.
We offer standard double / Austrian Twin ‘Comfort’ rooms (30 m2, pictured) and larger 2-4 bedded ‘Luxury’ rooms (45 m2) which sleep up to 2 Adults and 2 Children.
Meals
Accommodation is on a half board basis and includes an extensive hot and cold buffet breakfast and four course evening meal with a choice of main course or themed buffet or Gala dinner and daily salad bar. The kitchen takes pride in locally sourcing as many ingredients as possible. A small buffet lunch is served midday – 2pm and afternoon cake, tea and coffee is served from 3-5pm both of which are included in our rates.
Our opinion
Located in the small village of Milders just outside Neustift, the Hotel Mildererhof is a very good quality, traditional family-run 4* Superior Hotel with extensive Wellness facilities and a very good reputation for its cuisine. There are frequent connections to the ski areas either via the free local ski bus or the Hotel’s own shuttle service. Delivering excellent value for money for a Hotel of this quality, flexible stays are welcome for much of the Winter season.
