At a glance

Family-run for over 100 years and in a traditional, imperial style, the 4* Hotel Erika is close to the centre of Kitzbuhel and enjoys an excellent reputation for its food and hospitality.

It is less than 5 minutes walk to the pedestrianised resort centre and the ski bus stops just 200 metres from the Hotel or you can take advantage of the Hotel’s free shuttle to the lifts in the morning.

Features

The hotel has a lobby reception, lounge and bar area with open fire, lifts to rooms, terrace, car parking and free WiFi. Non-smoking throughout.

Wellness facilities include two swimming pools, steam room, choice of saunas and a relaxation room. Massages can be booked locally (local charge). There is also a fitness room, children’s playroom and table tennis.

Please note that the local tourist tax of €1.80 per person (aged over 15) per night is not included in our rates and is payable locally.

Rooms

All rooms are traditionally decorated and furnished with en-suite bathroom (bath with shower over), hairdryer, phone, TV, safe, some with balcony. Bathrobes and slippers are available from reception.

We offer Double / Austrian-Twin bedded ‘Erika’ rooms (30 m2), 3-4 bedded ‘Living/Comfort’ rooms (30 m2) and Junior Suite rooms (40 m2) sleeping 2-4 guests with a double bed and double sofa-bed.

Meals

Accommodation is on a half board basis with a hot and cold buffet breakfast and 4-course evening meal with choice of main course, salad buffet and cheese buffet. An afternoon snack is served from 3-5pm and a children’s menu is available.

Our opinion

Offering a traditional styled Hotel, the Family Schorer have run the Hotel Erika for over 100 years with an emphasis on personal service and hospitality. The Hotel is less than a 5 minute stroll from the Hotel and the complimentary shuttle to the lifts in the morning gets you on the slopes in next to no time.

“The Hotel staff were very helpful. The hotel was a little dated and out of the way, but that added to the character and the food was amazing! The swimming pool and slide were a great touch for children our age too. Hotel was very welcoming for children”
