The Hotel is located on the road between the centre of Kirchberg and Aschau approximately 1 mile from the resort centre and has excellent connections to the local lifts. The hotel has its own scheduled shuttle bus service to the lifts and the free ski bus stops outside the hotel. The closest lift is the all-new Maierlbahn gondola which is around 500 metres from the hotel.
The ski bus also offers connections to the main Kitzbuhel-Kirchberg ski area via the Fleckalmbahn and Pengelstein Gondolas as well as the Ki-West Gondola to Westendorf – Ski Welt (Kitzbuheler Alpen All-Star pass required).
The new Hotel Restaurant Spa Rosengarten offers 26 exclusive rooms and suites in an ultra-modern design, reception, lobby lounge bar, Spa area, Bistro Rosengarten 'light' restaurant and the multi award-winning ‘Rosengarten’ restaurant.
The hotel has a lift, ski and boot room, breakfast room, free parking, meeting rooms and free WiFi in public areas and all rooms.
There is also a private kitchen where cooking displays, events and private dining for up to 12 people can be arranged.
Spa facilities include a relaxation room, water beds, sauna and steam room and are included in the rate. Massages and beauty treatments are available subject to a local charge.
All major credit cards accepted. Please note that the local tourist tax of EURO 1.50 per person per night is payable locally.
There are 26 contemporary design rooms in total and all rooms are ensuite with hair dryer, bathrobes, balcony, seating area, minibar (non-alcoholic drinks are free of charge), radio, telephone, Satellite TV,safe and free WiFi. Please note all rooms are non-smoking.
Accommodation is on a bed and breakfast basis with an extended a la carte and buffet breakfast. A welcome drink and complementary non-alcoholic drinks from your room’s minibar are also included. As well as dining options in the resort of Kirchberg, the Hotel Spa Restaurant Rosengarten offers two restaurant options.
Owner and chef Simon Taxacher was declared 'Chef of Chefs’ by the Association of Austrian Chefs in 2008 and has since gone on to gain many more rewards and accolades not least of which was 2 Michelin Stars awarded in 2009 – the first and only restaurant in Tyrol to gain this. Simon offers innovative interpretations of French-Mediterranean cuisine and his restaurant continues to enjoy 3 ‘hats’ in the Austrian ‘Gault Millau’ rankings. Service is of the highest standard as you would expect and the wine list is outstanding.
Without a doubt, this is the best restaurant in the Kitzbuheler Alps. Open daily except Tuesdays and Wednesdays and advance reservations are highly recommended.
The Bistro Rosengarten Light offers a five course menu for EURO 30 per person in a smart, casual environment. Table reservations are preferred.
The Hotel Restaurant Spa Rosengarten offers the best food in the Kitzbuheler Alps region and is the only restaurant in the Tyrol region to pick up 2 Michelin stars. The luxury hotel offers design rooms and a relaxing spa area and short breaks of 4 or more nights are welcome. A must for food-loving skiers!
