The 4* Superior Hotel Kaiserhof has a superb location right next to the main Hahnenkamm Gondola with skiing virtually back to the door from the bottom of the legendary Streif run. Ski hire shops and the local Ski School are practically on the doorstep and Kitzbuhel’s pretty centre is just a short stroll downhill.
Features
The Hotel is decorated in a traditional, Austrian country house style and features a lobby reception, lounge with open fire place, house bar, dining room, meeting room and lift. There is parking next to the hotel and garaged car parking available subject to a local charge. Free WiFi throughout.
Wellness facilities include an indoor pool, sauna, steam room and relaxation area. Fitness room with cardio equipment. Massages and beauty treatments are also available locally subject to a local charge.
Please note that the local tourist tax of EURO 3.50 per person (aged over 15) per night is not included in our rates and is payable locally.
Rooms
All 73 rooms and suites are traditionally furnished with ensuite bath/shower, cable TV, telephone, hairdryer, safe, free WiFi and bathrobes. We offer ‘Classic’ Double rooms with balcony (20 m2), larger 2-3 bedded Superior rooms (30 m2) with balcony and Junior Suite comfort rooms (32 m2) with balcony.
Meals
Accommodation can be booked on a bed and breakfast or half board basis. Breakfast is extensive including hot and cold dishes from the buffet and dinner is four courses with choice of main course, salad buffet and weekly speciality meals or buffet evenings. Afternoon Skier’s snack in the hotel lobby (from 4-5pm). Christmas and New Year’s dinners are included.

The Hotel Kaiserhof enjoys a great location right next to the Hahnenkamm Gondola – ideal for those looking to hit the first lift or for the convenience of skiing virtually back to the Hotel. Traditionally decorated with typical Austrian hospitality.
