The Hotel Maria Theresia is just a minute’s stroll from the cobbled centre of Kitzbuhel with its fine selection of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants.

The Hahnenkamm Gondola is approximately 400 metres away and the free ski bus stops within 50 metres of the hotel and takes a couple of minutes to reach the lifts.

The Hotel features a stylish, newly renovated reception and lobby bar, dining room, Stuberl, lifts and a small conference room.

Wellness facilities includes a range of different saunas and steam rooms as well as relaxation and quiet areas and is open from 3pm – 8 pm daily.

Massages and beauty treatments are also available locally subject to a local charge.

All rooms are traditionally furnished with ensuite bath/shower, cable TV, telephone, most with balcony.

Cots are available subject to a local charge of EURO 9/day.

Accommodation is on a half board basis including an extensive hot and cold buffet breakfast and four course evening meal with a choice of main course, salad buffet and weekly speciality meals or buffet evenings. Christmas and New Year’s dinners are included.

Accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis only is possible on request and gives a small reduction on the half board rate.
