The hotel is ski in-ski out located next to the main Doischberg piste with the bottom Gondola lift station less than 100 metres away. The nearest ski bus stop for connections to the other resorts within the Schneewinkel area (St Johann in Tirol, Waidring) is 100 metres away. The local ski school’s office, kindergarten and hire shop is in front of the hotel and there are a number of other hotels and bars in the immediate vicinity. The resort centre is approximately 10-15 minutes walk and 3 minutes on the free ski bus.

The hotel features a reception lobby, lounge bar, traditionally-decorated ‘Stube’, restaurant, terrace, internet terminals, lifts, smoking room (please note the rest of the hotel including all bedrooms are non-smoking), car parking outside the hotel, garaged parking (local charge), , two 70-seater conference rooms and a ski and boot room. There is free WiFi access in the public areas.

The impressive leisure facilities include an indoor swimming pool, fitness suite and wellness area with saunas, steam room and quiet room. Massages and treatments are also available (local charge).

Children are well catered for with a Kids Club entertainment programme included (from 3 years old, Monday to Friday, approximately 8 hours per day, may vary in low season). Children enjoy a buffet dinner and there is a separate children’s dining area should children wish to dine separately. Baby phone monitors are available free of charge and a babysitting service is available on a request basis (local charge approximately EURO 9/hour).

The hotel offers a weekly entertainments programme from Monday to Friday (for example, torch-lit walks). All major credit cards are accepted.

Most bedrooms are large 2-4 bedded rooms with some singles and superior Junior Suites also available. All rooms are ensuite with balcony or terrace (single rooms are without), minibar, radio, telephone, flatscreen cable TV, safe and internet connection. Please note that all bedrooms are non-smoking. There are some inter-connecting rooms available.

Junior Suites offer more living room than the standard rooms some with a partitioned (but not separate) sleeping area.

Accommodation is on a half board basis: extensive hot and cold buffet breakfast and four course evening meal with a choice of main course, daily salad buffet and weekly themed evening or Gala Dinner. A welcome cocktail is included. Christmas and New Year’s Eve Dinners are included and New Year celebrations include a Gala Dinner Party with live music and midnight buffet. Children dine from the children’s buffet.
