The hotel is located approximately 500 metres (10 minutes walk) from the resort centre and lifts and the hotel operates a complementary shuttle bus service in the mornings and afternoons.

The hotel features a reception lobby, lounge and hotel bar, internet terminal (local charge), lift to all floors and ski and boot room. Facilities include an indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Massages are also available subject to a local charge.

All bedrooms are ensuite with bath or shower, WC, telephone, radio, TV, safe and hairdryer.

Accommodation is on a half board basis. Extensive hot and cold buffet breakfast and four course evening meal with choice of main course, daily salad buffet and weekly speciality buffets. Complementary afternoon
après-ski snacks are included (except Saturdays).

The Hotel Kertess is traditional and stylish and enjoys an elevated position with great views of the Rendl mountain. Hotel guests benefit from the complementary shuttle service to and from the slopes in the morning and evening.
