The hotel is located in the centre of Obertauern and the nearest lift is just one minute from the hotel. It is possible to ski back to the hotel.

The hotel features a welcoming reception, lounge with open fireplace, bar, panoramic dining room, squash court, indoor pool and wellness area with various sauna and steam rooms, jacuzzi and quiet room. Beauty treatments and solarium are also available at a local charge. Within the hotel building, there is also a hair salon, restaurant and bar, snowboard shop and underground parking.

Twin, triple and quad rooms are all ensuite with bath or shower, WC, telephone and cable TV. Triple, quad and single rooms are available at a supplement.

Accommodation is on a half board basis with a hot and cold buffet breakfast and four course evening meal with choice of main, daily salad buffet and weekly gala or speciality dinner. Christmas and New Year's Eve Dinners are included.
