4* HOTEL BRUCKENWIRT, half board, St Johann in Tirol

The hotel is located next to a small river and is less than 200 metres from the pedestrianised resort centre and approximately 500 metres to the main Harschbichl gondola. The resort swimming complex is 250 metres away and the free ski bus stops directly outside (three minutes to the slopes).

The hotel features an elegant lobby reception, bar and lounge, dining room and lift. It has its own sauna and steam room and guests have the added benefit of free entry to the resort swimming pool (Panoramabad).

Rooms are mostly doubles / Austrian twins with a handful of triple and family rooms and Suites available. All rooms are individually furnished with ensuite shower/bath, WC, telephone, TV, hairdryer, most with balcony. Larger family rooms and suites are available at a supplement.

Please note the hotel has a few smaller rooms which are used exclusively by a larger tour operator and which attract some negative reviews.

Accommodation is on a half board basis with a hot and cold buffet breakfast and four course evening meal with choice of main, daily salad buffet and weekly gala or speciality dinner. The hotel has a good and varied wine cellar. Christmas and New Year’s Eve Dinners are included.

The family-run Hotel Bruckenwirt enjoys an excellent location with a reputation for good service and cuisine.
